The Astral Network is StarWritten's built-in social network where you can share spiritual experiences called "Omens." It's a community space organized around the four classical elements (Fire, Water, Earth, Air) where you can post insights, resonate with others' content, and build your cosmic profile.

Omens are posts in the Astral Network. Each Omen is tagged with one of the four elements and can include text, images, and shared readings. Other users can Resonate (like) or Echo (share) your Omens, and you can bookmark Omens for later.

The feed is organized into four elemental channels: Fire (bold predictions, tarot reveals, hot takes), Water (emotional reflections, dream journals, moon insights), Earth (career readings, stone activations, grounding rituals), and Air (natal chart analyses, synastry discoveries, intellectual exploration). Your default element is determined by your zodiac sign.

Every Omen is evaluated in real-time by our AI governance system. It automatically detects and blocks harmful content, spam, and policy violations. Users can also report content, and repeated violations result in escalating penalties — from temporary mutes to permanent bans.

Blasts are daily cosmic greetings you can send to friends in the Astral Network — like a spiritual "good morning." Each user can send one Blast per day. It's a quick, personal way to stay connected with your spiritual circle.

You earn badges by using features — tarot draws, consultations, social engagement, streaks, and more. Higher-tier badges unlock exclusive profile effects and real rewards.

Depending on the tier, badges can unlock: aura effects around your profile picture, wallet credit bonuses, XP multipliers, and — for the highest-tier consultation badges — one-time free Live Reader consultations with no time limit. These loyalty rewards are granted to dedicated seekers who reach Platinum tier and above on consultation milestones.

Yes! You can equip up to 3 featured badges on your profile. Other users in the Astral Network will see your featured badges, and higher-tier badges produce visible aura effects (glow, particles, animated rings) around your avatar.

Browse our marketplace of verified human readers, check their profiles, ratings, and specialties, then start a live text-based consultation. You pay per minute using your wallet balance. The session runs until you or the reader ends it.

During live consultations, if either party is idle (Away From Keyboard) for more than 3 minutes, the platform automatically terminates the session. This protects your wallet from draining on unused minutes.

Due to the immediate delivery of human time, Live Consultations cannot be refunded once minutes are consumed. However, the 3-minute AFK rule prevents accidental billing. If you experience a technical issue, contact support through the app.

Yes. We use Stripe Level 1 PCI Compliance for all Live Reader payments, and native App Store / Google Play billing for Premium subscriptions. We never store, see, or intercept your credit card details. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
